Le BonPom ships from New York, USA.
Each fan is carefully packed in a branded Le BonPom pouch and protective box before shipping.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During launch periods, holidays, or high-volume releases, processing may take slightly longer.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
International Shipping
At this time, Le BonPom does not offer international shipping through the website.
For international requests, please contact us at hello@lebonpom.com and we will let you know whether we can accommodate your order.
Delivery Timing
Estimated delivery times begin once the order has shipped, not when the order is placed. Delivery timelines may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Le BonPom is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
