Returns & Exchanges
Le BonPom fans are small-run functional art objects, carefully packed and inspected before shipping.
We accept returns of unused items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused
- In its original condition
- In its original packaging, including the branded pouch and protective box
- Returned with proof of purchase
To request a return, email hello@lebonpom.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Le BonPom is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges
Because Le BonPom fans are produced in small quantities, exchanges are subject to availability.
If you would like to exchange an item, email hello@lebonpom.com and we will let you know what is available.
Final Sale Items
Custom commissions, special orders, discounted items, and gift cards are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@lebonpom.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the shipping box, if visibly damaged
We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on availability and the nature of the issue.
Please do not discard the packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
